A trustworthy agent will back up their price estimate with comprehensive research. They will not suggest a misleading or confusing pricing strategy, ‘bait advertising’ or a generic advertising proposal. They will offer high quality marketing to get you the highest price in the market.
A credible agent doesn’t take credit for sales they personally didn’t handle and can show you lots of positive reviews from their seller clients and buyer customers. Credible agents are highly skilled in selling real estate and usually have built their expertise over a decade of practice.
